Through the contact form on this website, the following personal data may be collected:

  • Identification data: name (if required in the form)

  • Contact data: e-mail address

In addition, technical information such as IP address, browser metadata, date and time of the request, and server logs may be collected automatically for security and functionality purposes.

3. Purpose and Legal Basis of Processing

  1. Responding to inquiries submitted by the user
    (e.g., requests for information, quotes, collaboration inquiries)
    Legal basis: performance of pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

  2. Managing commercial follow-ups related to the initial request
    (e.g., discussing proposed services, continuing professional contact)
    Legal basis: legitimate interest of the Controller to promote relevant services to users who request information (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
    The user may object at any time.

Data are not used for newsletters or unrelated mass marketing campaigns without prior explicit consent.

4. Processing Methods

Data are processed using electronic tools and, when necessary, manual systems, following principles of lawfulness, fairness, transparency, and data minimization under the GDPR.

Adequate technical and organizational security measures are applied to prevent unauthorized access, loss, disclosure, or misuse of data.

No automated decision-making or profiling occurs under Article 22 GDPR.

5. Data Retention

Data submitted through the contact form will be retained for a maximum of 12 months from the last communication, unless longer retention is required for legal obligations or to defend legal claims.

After this period, data will be deleted or irreversibly anonymized.

6. Data Communication

Data may be processed by the Controller and, where necessary, by technical service providers (e.g., hosting, email services, website management) acting as data processors under Article 28 GDPR.

Data will not be sold or disclosed to third parties for independent marketing purposes.

7. Data Transfers Outside the EU

If for technical reasons data are stored or transmitted outside the European Union, such transfers will comply with Articles 44–46 GDPR based on adequacy decisions, Standard Contractual Clauses, or equivalent safeguards.

  • Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”)

  • Right to restrict processing
